I am currently in my masters program to become a clinical mental health counselor for children and adolescents. I plan to also have a specialization in foster care! I started babysitting at 14, and once I started driving, I began working at the YMCA in the childcare department. I did our afterschool as well as summer programs with ages 5-12. I have also worked in the church nursery as well as at a preschool with infants-5 years old. I especially love watching infants and toddlers because of their sweet and precious dispositions! However, I also love working with kids that are no longer toddlers because they’re so fun and energetic.Infants are my ideal jobs. I have so much love, compassion, and patience with them. I have several families that I am lucky to know, and that have given me the privilege of loving on their little one. Hello! I am a current student at the university of Alabama getting a degree in early childhood special education with a minor in human development and family studies.
