I simultaneously worked with a four-year old Autistic girl in the summer of 2026.I currently care for a 16 month baby girl, and three-year old, and a six-year old. All of these positions require curation of activities, educational and for leisure. Schoolwork and tutoring services are also up my ally, as a college student with various coursework; combined with a balance of engaging, age-appropriate activities, I work to ensure enrichment outside of screentime. Most importantly, all of the positions listed require an intense amount of patience, understanding, and adaptability. Working with non-verbal Autistic children has truly shaped the way I view the world, the youngest of us especially. Many children are just misunderstood, as they are still learning to communicate. I find pleasure in working with these children, verbal or non-verbal, neurodivergent or neurotypical . I am 20 years old almost 21. I have helped take care of my little brother since i was 13. I have babysitting experience from newborn-any age. I worked in pre-k after school care for a school year.
