Born and raised in the metro Detroit area, Erin’s two older sisters gave her five handsome nephews! She was 16 when her first “baby” arrived and they kept on coming! So I can understand how much more protective a parent is of their own. I one day want to have a youth sports program. All of the employees will be subject to a polygraph test, how many times a month is not set in stone yet? I plan to do it this way to ensure that nothing unseen goes unnoticed. If it’s going to be my program then it is my responsibility to guarantee each kid's safety. With all that being said I will voluntarily take a polygraph myself anytime at the parent's expense to ensure their kid's safety.
