I’m a proud mother of two, and caring for children has always been a meaningful part of my life. Being a mom has taught me patience, responsibility, flexibility, and the importance of creating a safe, loving, and encouraging environment where children feel comfortable being themselves.My experience with children began long before becoming a mother. I studied Elementary Education in college, giving me a foundation in child development, learning styles, classroom structure, and creating engaging experiences for children. As a teenager and throughout college, I also served as a church camp counselor through The Salvation Army. I supervised activities, encouraged positive behavior, provided guidance, and helped create a safe and welcoming environment for children.During COVID, I homeschooled my two children, creating daily routines, helping with lessons, supporting their individual learning needs, and finding creative ways to keep education engaging at home.
