Hi! I'm Kailea, a California girl turned Northwest Arkansas girl! I grew up out West, where I spent my winters on the slopes, and now I call NWA home. Wherever I've lived, kids have always been a big part of my life. As the oldest of three sisters, I grew up helping look after my younger sisters, and babysitting for family friends came naturally from there.For several winter seasons back in California, I coached skiing for 4–6 year olds. Teaching little ones to ski takes patience, encouragement, and constant attention to safety, and nothing beats watching a nervous kid make it down the hill with a huge smile. Since moving to Arkansas, I've been coaching soccer for a Northwest Arkansas soccer academy, working with kids ages 4–8.
