My name is Rebecca; I am 29 years old, and Igradated from Northwestern University, and I will be attending business school beginning this fall. I work a full time job during the week, but I am looking for weekend and evening jobs. I have a clean driving record, I do not have a criminal record, and I do not smoke or drink. I was a Girl Scout from Kindergarten until my senior year in high school where we learned many important skills such as childcare, first aid, and CPR. When I was in sixth grade, our troop started a babysitter's club which lasted for two years. There were eight of us, and we watched a total of 40 kids at once ages 3-12. We obtained our CPR certification and First Aid Training at this time. I have been babysitting for 11 years. In college I spent a lot of time babysitting children of various ages. The most kids I have watched at one time is six children aged: 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, & 12. I love working with children, and I volunteered in Children's Ministry at my church growing up. I have since left that position and now instruct riding and assist in management of a farm in Germantown. I love my job and hope to find part-time childcare employment that complements my work and goals. I have several years of nanny experience, am a former coach of former coach of middle and high school equestrian teams and managed a tutoring agency where I also tutored kids of all ages in English, math, science, and French.
