I have been working at an after-school program at an Impact school for the last 9 months. Some of the kids have big behaviors. It has been challenging at times but also very rewarding. My favorite thing about kids is their curiosity. They ask the funniest questions! My biggest strength in caring for children is my patience. My philosophy is to treat children gently and with a willingness to understand them and their issues.
