As I grew older, I worked at a children's amusement park in Phoenix before moving up to Flagstaff to study early childhood and special education. I’ve worked within the FUSD for 2+ years as an after school activity coordinator and am completing my student teaching internship in a local elementary school. My biggest skill is my ability to engage young children! Working within preschool and early elementary settings, I've learned how to make learning fun and playful. I'm experienced in planning games or activities that align with Arizona's learning standards and promote whole-child development.

I was raised in the valley, currently in Flagstaff for school and indefinitely. I had a semi-regular babysitting job all throughout high school and found it to be a very positive experience. Regular childcare is well within my bandwidth however next semester I will have classes and will have less time to dedicate to a Wyndy family. I have found my communication very successful with kids, I am CPR certified and first AID trained. I also have my food safety certification. I am looking for a family who will need support during this summer and beyond with the understanding my academics next semester (fall 24) will provide me with less time to offer that support. I am great at story time, arts-n-crafts, meal prep, pretend play, and playing outside. What are you looking for in a Wyndy caretaker?
