Hi, my name is Brooklyn! I have been a trusted babysitter and nanny for several years! I have always been told from a very young age how naturally comfortable and nurturing I am around babies and children. Caring for babies and kids is something I genuinely love and enjoy. I am privileged to have been trusted to babysit infants, toddlers and kids for multiple families starting at the early age of 12 years old! Today I have more than 7 years of experience with children whose ages range from newborn to middle school. For a little bit about my personal background, I come from a loving family of 4 with a very large extended family full of kids and am a proud Godmother to one of my baby cousins! With kids, I love to do fun activities including crafts, playtime, reading, outside activities, learning/educational activities, helping children reach future milestones and develop age appropriate skills that are crucial for their necessary development! As far as infant care goes, I am more than comfortable with all the responsibilities that come with caring for an infant. I have lots of experience with tummy time, swaddling, making formula/ preparing bottles, cleaning bottles, changing diapers, burping, as well as maintaining nap time, bed time, bath time, playtime, etc. I am very comfortable with all kinds of pets. I myself have a golden retriever of my own, so I am especially familiar with taking care of dogs and will enjoy taking them for walks. I always make sure to leave my families home as clean or cleaner as when they left. I am CPR and first aid certified as your child’s safety is my first priority.I am always willing to work around each family and child’s needs. I have a flexible schedule and am able to work part time with exceptions to full time opportunities depending on circumstances.
