I have several years of meaningful childcare experience through both paid and volunteer roles, working with children ranging from 1½ years olds to over 10 years old. During my sophomore, junior, and senior years of high school, I regularly cared for multiple children in my community. Through this experience, I developed strong relationships with the children and their families while learning how to support kids at different developmental stages. My responsibilities included supervising playtime, preparing simple meals and snacks, helping with bedtime routines, assisting with homework, and creating activities that were both engaging and age-appropriate.
