Hi there, I'm Sarah! I recently moved to Chicago and am an incoming Master of Social Work student at UChicago. Before moving, I worked as a Research Project Coordinator at Vanderbilt University and Meharry Medical College, where I coordinated a large scale research project focused on child development, caregiver-child relationships, and family well-being. I have over 10 years of experience working with children and families. Over the years I've been a nursery helper, full-time babysitter, mentor, and now have the privilege of working closely with families through child development research. I love creating fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities while building a safe, supportive environment where kids can learn, explore, and be themselves. I'm especially passionate about child development and relationships, which is what led me to pursue my MSW.
