Tasks include feeding, diaper changing, soothing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities. Monitoring and observing infants to address their individual needs and promote their development. Collaborating with colleagues and parents to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. Must have strong communication and organizational skills, be patient, compassionate, and dedicated to providing a secure and loving atmosphere for infants. Childcare experience and relevant certifications preferred.
