Hi! I’m Leilanies! I’m a caring, patient, dependable, and bilingual childcare provider who genuinely loves working with children. I speak both English and Spanish and have hands-on childcare experience from helping raise my younger siblings, along with providing paid babysitting for family friends and families I didn’t personally know. Growing up helping care for my siblings taught me how to be responsible, attentive, patient, and understanding of each child’s individual needs. I also have experience caring for a child with autism, which taught me the importance of patience, communication, consistency, and following routines. I enjoy keeping children happy and engaged through play, arts and crafts, reading, games, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate routines. I’m also happy to help with meals, light cleanup, bath time, and bedtime routines. My goal is always to make sure your child feels safe, comfortable, cared for, and happy while they’re with me. I would love the opportunity to become a sitter your family can truly trust and rely on!
