I am a caring, dependable, and patient childcare professional with experience working with children of all ages, from early learners through sixth grade, as well as children with special needs. For one year, I worked as a substitute teacher, where I created safe, engaging, and supportive learning environments while adapting to the unique needs of each child. I also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one support to children with special needs by encouraging positive behaviors, building communication and social skills, and helping them reach developmental milestones. These experiences have strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively with children and families, and provide compassionate, individualized care.
