Hi! My name is Akirah, I’m 22 and I have over 3 years of professional experience working with children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In my role, I work one-on-one with children to help them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Working with children has always been something I’m passionate about. I strive to create a caring, patient, and engaging atmosphere where every child feels comfortable, respected, and encouraged to learn and grow. Whether we’re playing games, doing crafts, helping with homework, or following a bedtime routine, I make it a priority to ensure children are safe while having fun. Parents can count on me to be dependable, responsible, and attentive. My background has taught me how to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively with families, and adapt to each child’s unique needs and personality. I understand the importance of building trust with both children and parents, and I treat every family with the same level of care and respect that I would want for my own. I look forward to providing reliable, compassionate childcare and giving parents peace of mind while they’re away!
