Hey everybody!! My name is Shay M, and I am a Psychology student graduating this fall and pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Caring for others has always been something I genuinely enjoy, which is why I’ve spent the past 8 years working with children and families. I have 5+ experience caring for infants, toddlers, school-aged children, and children with special needs. I’ve worked as an Early Childhood Center Teacher, Summer Camp Counselor, and K–8 Substitute Teacher, and I’ve also volunteered in a pediatric hospital unit supporting children and their families. I’m certified in BLS and CPR through the American Heart Association, so safety is always my top priority. I provide a fun, safe, nurturing, and open environment so children feel comfortable and parents feel confident leaving their kids in my care. Whether it’s playing outside, helping with routines, preparing meals, bedtime, homework, or being a dependable extra set of hands, I’m happy to help. I have a flexible schedule this summer and look forward to connecting with your family!
