About Fiona
I began working in childcare while I was in high school as part of my elementary school’s aftercare program. In this role, I spent much of my time supervising outdoor activities for young children, managing large groups, organizing games, and helping resolve conflicts in a positive and supportive manner. I later worked at my local Parks and Recreation Department’s summer camp, where I spent my summers working with middle school students. Through these experiences, I developed strong communication and leadership skills, learned how to create engaging activities for all ages, and gained the ability to foster a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone.
