Hi families! My name is Autumn, and I’m a Stamford-based caregiver with over 7 years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. I specialize in calm, emotionally attuned care and bring a mix of structure, playfulness, and gentle redirection to every child I work with. Whether it’s helping with big emotions, building learning routines, or supporting developmental milestones, I show up with consistency, creativity, and care. I’m CPR and First Aid certified and currently completing my RBT certification to deepen my skills in behavior support and early childhood development. I’ve worked in both classroom and home settings, including as a lead nanny, assistant teacher, and ABA-informed caregiver and I always adapt to each family’s rhythm and values.
