I have been a babysitter, lifeguard, swim instructor, nanny, emergency childhood care provider, and big sister.I moved to the Portland area to attend Lewis & Clark College, where I am majoring in International Affairs and Political Economy, and have been here for a little over a year. Before that, I had the opportunity to live in West Yellowstone, Yellowstone National Park, Idaho, and Junction City just south of Corvallis. Over time, I have gone through training and certification for: CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)AED (Automated External Defibrillator) BLS (Basic Life Support) Red Cross (Lifeguard, Swim Instructor) Although I am not up-to-date on all of the certifications above, having completed the training has proven to be a valuable asset in every aspect of life. Additionally, I have completed training and attended seminars specific to TIO (Trauma-Informed Care), enabling me to ensure that the mental health and well-being of children are not only considered but also prioritized.
