Hi my name is Gaviana R. I am currently a behavioral technician and have years of experience with children in home settings doing babysitting, as well as at a school setting. I have the most experience with special needs children and children who have aggressive behaviors. I have worked long term at two different schools as an aid to a boy with autism at one school and an aid to a girl with autism at another. In high school, I volunteered to babysit the kids of one of my teachers. She had two boys and she was a single mother with a few different jobs. I would go to her house when she needed me to and watch the boys for however many hours she needed me to. I would prepare food for them when the time came around. I would make sure they took their naps when they needed to. I would help with school work and spend time with them whether that involved watching tv, playing a game or doing some sort of activity.
