I’ve been working with kids since I was 12, starting with volunteer work at my church and later leading into babysitting and nannying throughout all of high school and college. I’ve cared for children of all ages and I'm comfortable managing multiple kids at once, as well as pets. Being an eldest child myself, I feel as if I've been babysitting my whole life, haha! But as much as I've been around kids, I never tire of watching them explore and absorb the world around them as they grow.I love doing arts and crafts, playing outdoor games (love soccer because I play myself!), reading stories, and helping with educational activities like puzzles, STEM projects, or pretending to be a student while the kids teach me something new! I always try to make activities both fun and engaging for the kids. I’m dependable, patient, and love creating a fun, safe environment where kids can thrive. I’m also flexible with household tasks like light cleaning or meal prep. I stay calm under pressure, communicate well with parents, and adapt easily to new situations, making me a reliable and energetic caregiver.My pet experience varies since at my childhood home we had dogs, cats, chickens, guinea pigs, and a hamster LOL! I dog or cat sit for my friends when needed and have had experience using the Rover app and meeting more animal companions and cool people too! I can help with walks, feeding, or whatever else may be needed.Household chores are a big part of keeping life organized and I never mind lending a hand. I can offer a variety of household services, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, running errands, and organizing. I can tailor my help to the family’s specific needs.
