Born an raised in Costa Rica, family values are extremely important to me and I grew up serving children around me since I was 9 as a tutor and nanny to their families. Moved to the USA in 2019 to pursue a career as a software engineer and, while I enjoyed the field, there is nothing more satisfying that building up the next generation and seeing the world through the lens of a child. My husband and I are enjoying being newly married and we both love children. I am currently getting Montessori certified so that I can better support our future children. I am looking forward to reconnecting to this part of my vocation through serving my local community. I have worked with over 100 kids throughout 16 years of tutoring and babysitting across 2 countries and 3 states. With an engineering and linguist background, I love to engage children in science, math, and language learning.
