Hi! My name is Rylan, and I have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teens. Growing up with a lot of older cousins and having to help with their child care, helped to teach me responsibility early on, and I’ve babysat many times, learning how to keep kids safe, engaged, and having fun. I’ve also assisted in a first-grade classroom, where I helped students with developmental subjects and built patience and teaching skills. I have worked at Kindercare over the past two summer breaks back home in Maryland. This past summer I was soley in the one year old classroom but I have experience in ages 5 months-12 years since that is the ages at we take at the center. This summer I am with the infants to toddlers. I have been able to build relationships with not just the kids but with the parents. Even with parents of kids I took care of in the past, still stop and say hi to me as well as their kids.

I was a babysitter for one family and loved it. As well as a church teacher for babies and elementary kids. I take care of any needs and help with any tasks families want me to do. I love children of all ages, but if I had to pick my favorite stages, it would be newborn-toddlerhood/early childhood (0-5yrs). I work remotely, and am looking primarily to fill my free time with a part time nanny job for one family, or weekend/evening babysitting jobs for multiple.
