Hi! My name is Kasjyei but I go by Shay. I’m 23 years old and have a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I currently live in Nashville and work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children’s development and help them build positive behaviors and skills. Becoming an RBT was my first experience working closely with kids, and it quickly became something I truly love and feel passionate about. I don’t have children of my own, but I genuinely enjoy caring for and connecting with kids.
