Hi. My name is Susan and I am a mom of two boys and an RN of 30 years. My husband and I are recent empty nesters as we have a college graduate who has just entered the working world and our youngest is a freshman college athlete. I love being a nurse and have been an RN in Greensboro (hospital for 20+ years and most recently home care) since 1994. I am a UNC grad - Go Heels! I am on a “sabattical” between nursing jobs for next 4-6 months. As I am discerning the next right step in my nursing career I still have the desire to be a caregiver. I was a stay at home mom for 8 years then went back to work. I remember how very hard that was and was very particular about who cared for my boys! :) I am most interested in watching babies for a day or two a week.
