Hi! I'm Molly:) I grew up in VA but have since lived in North Carolina for 6+ years. I grew up in a very small town so babysitting jobs came fairly easily. I babysat for my boss's kids, for my mom's friends kids, etc. After college in between working for Outward Bound, I nannied. During college I worked at a summer camp and worked with all different ages (4-17). I also worked at an adventure camp for kids with ADHD and executive functioning disorders. Most kids were either in middle or high school. After college I began working in Wilderness Therapy, ages 13-17 mostly, but occasionally also 18-25. After that work I started Outward Bound where we work with ages 13+. All of these jobs made me an excellent communicator with great interpersonal kids. I have taught conflict resolution, behavior management and pattern recognition, communication styles, 5 basic needs and many more lessons that helped students get their needs met through personal advocacy.
