Hello! My name is Hayley and I have been a paid babysitter/nanny since I was 10! My parents thought getting experience early was key, so they threw me in a room with kids only a few years younger than me and said, "good luck!" Little did I know in that moment, that I would absolutely fall in love when it comes to caring for children. Since then I have set myself up to gain as much experience with kids as I possibly could.
