I am currently a behavioral technician working in a school setting with the title of behavioral specialist. I believe that my skill set I have acquired over the years has made me become an exceptional caretaker who’s open to advice when it comes to receiving constructive criticism. I have experience in working with children with developmental disabilities as well as children from low to high functioning cognitive motor skills. During my years of experience I have learned how to create and have children engage in highly motivating activities that promote individuality and age appropriate independence. I would have to say though my favorite part about working with kids is that I can be a big kid myself and have have fun!
