I’m currently a Junior at Eckerd College and I’m looking for a babysitting job while I’m at school.I’m 20 years old and live in Plainfield, NH, when I am not in St. Pete.After my freshman year of college, I had a summer job working as a camp counselor at the Meriden Community Camp (NH) with kids aged 6-11.This job made me responsible for the safety and support of 10 children in our group with my co-counselor, where we would take them on outdoor activities off campus, provide meals, and have lots of fun, as well as teaching respect for others.This past summer, after my sophomore year of college, I worked at a preschool in Hanover, NH, called La Petite Creche.Here, I was an assistant teacher to 3-5 year olds, but on short staffed days and combined recess I also had experience in the toddler room (aged 1.5 to 3).I occasionally also helped out in the infant room, so I feel confident working with children of all ages.I also babysit occasionally at home for a family with a 4 and 6 year old.I love playing and coming up with new games for kids, and I’m also happy to take care of anything around the house, like cleaning and cooking.I also feel competent navigating conflicts with children and helping to teach them to be safe and respectful.
