I first would like to say it’s nice to meet you and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I have been working for a school district since I was 16 years old, at an after school program. I met an autistic little boy who gave me the idea to try an autism program when I turned 18 years old. I have been in the field ever since and found passion with working with kids (I am now 27 years old). I decided to pursue college exactly 2 years ago, and I am in my first year of obtaining my BA. I plan on becoming a BCBA, board certified behavioral analyst, in the near future. I have been a nanny to a handful of families, with my last client being an autistic boy for 3 years. I have 5 nieces, all under 5, who keep me alive and young. I have plenty of experience from newborn to 18 years (autistic boy turned 18 and he was my last client). I LOVE being outside, connecting with nature, and being with my puppy named Bubby. My past history as a sitter/nanny involved park, beach, hiking, and swimming activities, with museums and occasional lazy day resets. I have helped with homework in the past, went to school activities, pick up/drop off, and even stayed the night when parents went out of town. I do need to renew my cpr and first aid certification, but I have a reliable car/car insurance and have my own car seats for outings if needed (Nuna rava).
