Hi my name is Gaviana R. I am currently a behavioral technician and have years of experience with children in home settings doing babysitting, as well as at a school setting. I have the most experience with special needs children and children who have aggressive behaviors. I have worked long term at two different schools as an aid to a boy with autism at one school and an aid to a girl with autism at another. I have the most experience working with children in the elementary school years and have had such a positive experience working with kids overall. I absolutely love working with kids and find such a joy in working with special needs children and making others feel understood. I am 20 years old and will be 21 next month, with this being said I am incredibly grateful to have found my passion so soon in life. I would love to be working with children as my lifelong career. I am looking for something part time due to my current client having to be picked up from school early multiple days a week for personal reasons.
