Hello, I am Shardai a rising college Junior majoring in nursing. I would love to help give parents an extra hand. I started babysitting in high school, and I haven’t stopped working with children since.I earned my BS and MS in Human Development and Family Studies at UA, and when I wasn’t studying developmental theories, I was often applying them through experience. I have mentored and tutored elementary school students, served as a counselor at overnight camps (ages 7-15), assisted and directed at day camps, and worked with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers at an early childhood development center. I have worked with children of diverse backgrounds, identities, and developmental levels both in Tuscaloosa and Northern Illinois.
