In my experience with caring for 100+ families, ages newborn - 15 years old, I have learned that the best way to care for children is the same way you do, so I model what I do in the home after the parents (bedtime, mealtime, rules, play, etc. all remains consistent with what you do on a daily basis.)Even when I was working 60+ hours a week in the corporate world for 2 years after college I still nannied one day a week purely because I missed being around kids all the time.
