I am a Junior at Vanderbilt University majoring in Medicine, Health, and Society and Human and Organizational Development. I am a two time high school state all-around champion in gymnastics and four time national mentalist in track. Additionally, I am from Minnesota and am the middle child of seven kids. I have been watching kids for as long as I can remember; I enjoy staying active, working on projects, and playing with kids. I am really great at communicating and always try my best to be a reliable person for parents to depend on. Last summer, I completed research on pediatric medical traumatic stress and babysat utilizing this app. This summer I am working as a healthcare consultant and plan on babysitting again!

Hello! My name is Meridith, and I am a graduating MD medical student. I love working with kids and grew up taking care of my younger nieces and nephews (now ages 6-18). I additionally did a lot of babysitting jobs as high school and college student, as well as many volunteer positions working with kids. More recently, I’ve gained extensive experience with children through pediatrics rotations in the hospital, including primary care and NICU rotations. I am BLS and ACLS (basic and advanced cardiovascular life support— basically more advanced CPR training) certified. I start my full-time job as a physician this summer, but I am looking to make a little extra money doing something that I find enjoyable in the meantime.
