I am currently a freshman at Southern University in Baton Rouge Louisiana majoring in Social Work. I’ve always wanted to work with kids and I feel as though this would be a great opportunity. Growing up I helped my grandmother work at her daycare center and over the summer I worked at the Boys and Girls Club back home. I’ve basically taken care of my nephew from newborn to 5 years old so I have great experience. I am also CPR certified.

My mother is retired teacher of 40 years in the school system and she inspired me to purse this career path and still inspiring me to this day.
