I’m a college student finishing up my associates in the arts of teaching and plan on going to a university to get my bachelor’s in teaching next. I have a big family with lots of young cousins and siblings that I have watched over growing up and now I work full time at an early childhood education center as an inclusion teacher, helping little ones learn emotional / self regulation and the world around them! I’m excited to start babysitting, meeting new families, learning and growing in the field. I have morning classes at 8am Tuesdays and Thursdays and a class Thursday night at 7. My availability is mainly overnights during the week and most weekends I have pretty open availability. —start times— M-W 6:30pm, F 6:30pm, S-SU OpenI have all the trainings, background checks ect through my job and am working on adding them to my profile soon, Thank you!

I love coming up with creative and interactive games that allow for learning through play and help develop both fine and gross motor skills. I have adapted tabletop games that involve a child's imagination skills while helping them learn team work and math. I also love making custom stickers for my current students and work together with them when it comes to arts and crafts as I actually am an artist in my free time and love teaching about different art techniques to kids as it is so awesome to see them use those techniques and see their pride in their artwork. But what are my qualifications?Finished my college learning for Education, specifically for early childhood, and will have my associates degree in education in sometime around August or September 2026. I've been working with children since I was 13 and still use some of the games I created back then with my preschool students now. I have experience working with children with all different types of neurodivergencies (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder/ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder/ODD, Autism Spectrum Disorder/ASD, etc).

Hello! My name is Alejandra. I found my passion for working with children at my previous job as a child caregiver. I worked with children as young as 6 months to 10 years old. I was able to create a connection with each child and establish a routine from the moment they arrived at daycare to when their parents picked them up. I kept them entertained with fun activities that also helped with their development. My favorite part about child care is creating a safe, fun, and loving environment for the children. I like to take them outside to play or do indoor activities like building blocks and reading books. I'm currently pursuing a degree in early childhood development. Best regards, Alejandra
