Hello! I’m a second year student at St. Ambrose University, majoring in Social Work (and minoring in Pre-Law and Psychology). Originally from Whitefish Bay (a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin), I love working with kids and have gained experience working with families directly, as well as in formalized community center programs. In recent years, I’ve had an opportunity to babysit/nanny for a range of families, caring for children from 10 months to 10 year olds caringup to four kids at a time. In addition, throughout high school I worked with special needs children and adults at a local nonprofit, where we had the opportunity to help people find community and life-long friends. In my role, I helped facilitate hands-on experiences for children, including art therapy and social outings.
