Hey families! If you have a child who needs to get their energy out, I am here for you! Growing up I played soccer, basketball, and softball.I’m currently a track & field student-athlete at Samford University. I’d love the chance to get outside and be active with your kid but also enjoy inside games and crafts. I’ve worked with kids of all ages, from helping middle schoolers with homework, to an elementary summer camp counselor, and even as a nursery volunteer with babies at my church! When I babysit, my priority is to create a safe and fun environment!

I love working with kids, and I’m currently studying nursing with plans to become a pediatric nurse. I finished my freshman year of college in May and then attended a 10-week school program in Hawaii starting in late August. I just returned and am looking for a nanny or babysitting jobs until I go back to Hawaii to continue school around March (late spring). I have been babysitting since 8th grade and continued throughout high school, including nannying during my senior year. I also babysat all throughout my freshman year of college. In addition, I have volunteered at nonprofit childcare organizations and in the childcare program at my local church.

Hi! My name is Karis, I’m originally from Macon, Ga but moved to Birmingham to continue my education at Samford University. I have been babysitting since I was 14 (6 years now!) and I’ve loved every minute of it!! My experience is everywhere from 4 month olds to age 15 including a special needs 9 year old. I’ve attended CPR/AED training courses and am certified in both. I also have been a math tutor in years past (and LOVED it!!!) so I’m open to doing anything of that nature as well.
