I started babysitting at 12 years old. I am currently 22. I started with my 4 month old cousin, then comtinued with his two younger siblings and now the youngest is 6 years old. As well, I have babysat older children. In Summer of 2023 I worked one on one with a child with severe autism and anxiety. In the summer of 2026 I worked with a 6 month old baby multiple times a week , as well as a lively 6 year old girl and 2 year old boy. My childcare experience started when I was only 15 and had my first job working in a Daycare. I continued to work in daycare establishments and also as a nanny until I finished my undergrad at KU, at which point I moved back to MD to become a doula and a Midwife.
