Definitely not GenZ! I have two adult children and volunteered for several years at the Sycamore Center. I also homeschooled my kids and taught at an elementary school in Japan in my 20s. Currently I'm finishing a Master's program in spiritual direction, with heavy emphasis on empathetic listening and presence. I love to sing, I love to move, and I love to read to children.

Growing up in a large family has naturally prepared me when it comes to looking after and caring for children of all ages. Besides my upbringing, I’ve had numerous other opportunities to work with children, as well as currently being a behavior therapist for kiddos with autism. When I’m not working I love doing anything that pertains to the outdoors: horseback riding, longboarding, basketball, hiking. Indoor hobbies include baking, crafting, and challenging myself to learn new things!
