Hi, I’m Charlotte! I’ve been working with kids as long as I can remember and I am extremely passionate about protecting the minds of our future. I considered going into child psychology but I have been called more into music and ministry as of late. I believe that it is our responsibility to help guide the next generation and create a space where they feel nurtured and loved so that they grow up into strong and capable individuals. I am a firm believer in the power love has in a persons life and not only do I want to make sure that each child has their needs met, I am big on protecting the love of family with the kids. I am not here to be a mother but an aide. I am very protective of the relationship between a mother and child and it is something I do not wish to hinder but rather strengthen. My history includes babysitting for multiple homeschool co-ops in high school, working for a couple new moms as a mother’s helper so that they could bond with their baby, and nannying from my senior year til the present. My time nannying included Montessori education, nature studies and homeschooling different subjects. My last family I was with for four years off and on while shuffling some college classes and I had four kids spanning from 8yrs to 3 months old. I’m also the oldest of five kids. I currently tutor at a co-op once a week with ages 6-7 and 12+. I also used to teach 8-10 year olds as well as work in the nursery. On top of this, I also work occasionally as a certified DSP in HomeBased services but my hours are inconsistent and flexible.
