I began babysitting for my aunt at 15 years old, caring for six children, all under the age of 10. Also for my siblings when needed. Those experiences taught me how to supervise multiple children at once, keep them engaged, and provide a safe, caring environment. I later worked at the Boys & Girls Club in both the after-school program and summer program. During the school year, I helped children with homework, supervised outdoor play, and supported daily activities. During the summer, I served as a Youth Development Teacher in the Learning Center, where I planned and led educational activities while helping children learn, grow, and build confidence.

A little about me! I graduated from UA with a bachelor’s degree in human development and I currently am in grad school for my MBA. Post graduation, I worked at a preschool for 1.5 years in the 2-3 year old classroom as a lead teacher.
