Hi, my name is Carissa and I have been babysitting and working with children since I was 13. I have always loved getting to talk and play with kids, each of their imaginations and talents are so unique! I have previously worked in camp and church ministries where I had the opportunity to work with children of all ages in small and large group settings. This experience included taking care of children ages 5-18 overnight and organizing fun activities! In all settings I pay special attention to child safety after serving as a lifeguard and director of volunteer child protection training. I have also had the privilege of doing a six month internship in Guatemala where I lived and worked with women and children with physical and developmental disabilities.
