I am a recent gradate from Fort Valley State University where I obtained a degree in Family and Consumer Science with a concentration in Infant and Child Development. My degree also required a four-month internship in the childcare setting. I am continuing my education to obtain a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and I hope to become licensed within the next 2.5-3 years.During this past summer I worked on Fort Eisenhower as a Child and Youth Services assistant (military childcare) and I primarily cared for infants/toddlers.
