A little about me! My name is Rylee H, and I am a student at Eastern Arizona College. I plan to become a pediatrician or NICU nurse and eventually get my NP in family medicine. I love kids, and recently did a volunteer semester abroad teaching 1st and 2nd grade English. I am the oldest of four, and have been raised around lots of kids my whole life. I have a big family :) I also love animals, music, and being outside! A full OR part time nanny position is what I am most interested in!

I have hands-on childcare experience caring for young children, as well as professional experience working as a Behavior Technician (BT). In my work as an BT, I support children with different needs and help create structured, positive environments that encourage learning, communication, independence, and emotional regulation. This experience has strengthened my patience, adaptability, communication skills, and ability to stay attentive to a child’s individual needs. I genuinely enjoy working with children and believe that childcare should be more than just supervision. I like actively engaging children through age-appropriate play, learning activities, creativity, and everyday routines while making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I’m comfortable helping with meals and snacks, bedtime routines, schoolwork, tidying up children’s spaces, and other tasks that help keep their day running smoothly. I’m also reliable and comfortable assisting with light household tasks and errands when needed. I understand that every family has different routines, expectations, and parenting styles, and I’m happy to communicate openly and follow the family’s preferences. I take pride in being dependable, responsible, patient, and compassionate, and I genuinely care about creating a positive relationship with both the children and their families. My goal is to provide parents with peace of mind while making sure their children are safe, engaged, and well cared for.

I excel in high-energy households and am fully comfortable caring for multiple children at once, including twins. I specialize in maintaining routines, handling infant milestone care, and ensuring absolute safety, providing parents with complete peace of mind.
