I have just graduated from my masters program in mental health counseling. During my degree I worked at a daycare where I took care of kids aged 1 to 6. As an employee of the daycare, I was trained in first aid (exempting CPR) and other child safety certifications. I also have experience working in a kitchen and can do food prep. I have also done roles tutoring young children aged 5 to 12. Here I planned activities, helped with homework, and played games with the kids. As a mental health professional I have experience working with children with OCD, ADHD, ASD, and mood disorders. I can do clean up and light household work as well. I really enjoy working with kids and am quite flexible based on child's needs.

Hi! I’m Bekah, a senior in college at RIT. I have one more year left for my Master’s program, and I’m looking for a good way to spend my summer! I love kids and would love the chance to help out in any way I can! I have a lot of experience in childcare, from volunteering in the church nursery with infants & toddlers, to counseling preteens at summer camp, to babysitting for family friends. I’m great at keeping kids of all ages entertained with fun activities and could also help with any tutoring or schoolwork if needed (although there’s probably not much of that in the summer).
