Hi! I'm an honest, flexible, fun, dedicated and energetic child care professional with a passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. With over 15 years of experience, my ultimate goal is to provide a safe, calm, and engaging environment for children to thrive. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children and build strong relationships with families. I am well experienced with a positive growth mindset, problem solving and positive behavior management. With my background in teaching, I have numerous ways of helping you power through any struggles kiddos may have academically or from an educator's background. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children like chase, riding bikes, and making up our own games. I see children who they are and everyday is something new and fun! I love to do outdoor activities like going apple picking, going to the library and playgrounds. I also love educational games to incorporate fun and exploration. I believe in open and respectful communication with parents. I am confident in enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and predictable environment for the children. I have been a babysitter, a tutor for over 15 years and 6 years of classroom teaching experience with students. I received my Masters in Education and Special Education in 2016 from Mount Saint Mary College.It takes a village and I would love to be a part of yours.
