My name is Ximena and I have been nannying professionally for over 15 years! I grew up an only child , however I come from a large family! We always had family events where there was so much going on but the one place everyone would always find me is where all the children were. From a young age I was always interested in children’s development. Seeing how we all came from the same upbringing but no child was exactly alike fascinated me. Growing up in Clifton I felt connected to my Latino heritage and I was exposed to many different backgrounds. Respecting others' cultural differences taught me alternative styles of parenting. I applied what I grew up seeing but I would take parts of other teachings and implement them in my babysitting as well. Nature vs Nurture has always come to mind when working with children ofdifferent backgrounds and led me to pursue a degree in psychology at Rutgers University-Newark. My babysitting journey began before going into high school where I was a full time babysitter during the summer to two girls and one boy ages 7, 9, and 11, and continued throughout the school year where I provided before/ after school care to 3 families in my neighborhood. After graduation I met this amazing family with two boys ages 4 and 8 that I worked with for 5 years. My responsibilities were ,meal prep ,school pick upstutoring ,incorporate Spanish, transportation, bath supervision, and bedtime prep. While parents were away for business I would stay with the boys at their home for a few weeks out of the year. My responsibilities during overnight stays included those aforementioned as well as getting theboys up and ready, preparing breakfast/lunches ,prepare dinner ,check homework, and bedtime prep. The boys had a very busy schedule however on our down time playing was a must, from playing soccer to science experiments to crafts etc.I went on to work with several other families as well as a nannying agency who I am still currently with. CPR certified

Hi! I’m an experienced caregiver and have worked with kids as a nanny, babysitter, assistant preschool teacher, and camp counselor. I consider myself warm, nurturing, enthusiastic, and firm when needed, as children’s safety and wellbeing is always top priority. I’m very crafty and creative and love organizing arts and crafts and sensory activities with kids too! I’m active and love being outdoors, and am always happy to play outside, take them to the playground, or go for walks and explore nature! I love learning about kids’ interests and what makes them inherently creative and unique.I’m a non-smoker, fully vaccinated and health-conscious, and a licensed driver with my own car. I’m available for daytime and evening babysitting during the week, as well as weekend and date night sitting. Happy to connect and share references!

Hi! My name is Maythee, and I'm a registered nurse currently working in maternity and infant care. I'm looking for a part-time childcare position where I can build a genuine relationship with a family and be a consistent, dependable person in their children's lives. I have about three years of experience caring for children of different ages, from infants through pre-teens. Working as a nurse has made me especially comfortable caring for little ones. I'm CPR trained and safety is always one of my biggest priorities. At the same time, I want kids to have fun! I'm comfortable following your family's routines and household rules and can also help with transportation, swimming supervision, outings, and other day-to-day needs. I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable with the person caring for their children, so I'm also happy to communicate throughout the day in whatever way works best for you.

Wonderful New Years!!🥳🎉 Happy 2025 It's a pleasure to be a part of such a vital community, aiding parents in need of childcare! My name's Aysu(i-sue), I'm a 22 year old Turkish American, currently studying Animal Science at Rutgers University; with 3 cats & 2 birds in my home, heavy on the pet friendly! I've done babysitting for families in my neighborhood a few years ago as a pass time during my after-school hours of highschool. My work hours agreed upon were from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, and occasionally extended to 8:30pm in case anyone was running late for dinner. If not for friends, I'd find myself sitting my families younger children(mainly cousins) ranging from the ages of 2y/o to 14y/o, boys and girls alike. I made it my duty to maintain proper etiquette around the kids, identifying their tastes in toys and entertaining activities, while incorporating daily chores and assignments throughout our time spent together. Managing their fun time like watching TV shows, playing games, crafting projects, and reading stories was equally offset by establishing a main hour to work for completing tasks set by parents & teachers. I'd make cleaning up after their breaks an essential part in their journey towards self-sufficiency! With sing along music from Disney tracks and a simple reward system such as earning a snack(when provided and permissed) for doing a basic yet important task. I was able to keep the kids engaged and preoccupied before their parents returned home for the day. Moving forward I'd like to continue doing the same for those in need of service. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have if I'm a suitable candidate, thank you very much! Have a great day in advance 😊
