I studied Psychology at SUU as I want to become a family and marriage counselor. In high school I completed a one year internship at an elementary school working next the the teacher in the classroom, teaching students and helping with coursework, I have also taught ski to kids for three seasons. I love working with children and creating an environment where their growth and well being comes first. I prioritize open communication with both the children and parents, and I like to keep kids actively involved in their choices around, play, food and education. I believe mindfulness is big part of guiding children and allowing them to develop their personal skills. I also teach yoga and in my free time I love being out in nature.

I moved down to Cedar City in August of 2023 to attend SUU. I’m working towards majoring in elementary education with a minor in early childhood development.
