I’m a college nursing student going into pediatrics. I became a licensed CNA in high school and went on to work in East Tennessee Children’s Hospital NICU and a pediatric urgent care. I went into childcare for 3 years and worked with ages 6 weeks- 5 years old but earned my own classroom of 1 year-olds. I loved my time with them but was called to return to the medical field where I now work as a medical assistant.I have worked with many types of children with a broad range of personalities and needs. Each child is different, and I’ve learned through my experiences ways to connect with each.
